The Sydney Squash Academy is based at Willoughby Squash Centre, near Sydney’s central business district. The Academy is focused on developing and improving squash players at all levels, from club and recreational players to international junior and senior players.The Sydney Squash Academy provides access to elite coaching and training programs, leading players, sports medicine, psychology, nutrition, strength and conditioning and other supportive services. Willoughby Squash Centre is among the finest squash centres in Australia, with 10 squash courts (including 2 doubles courts), gym, adjacent ovals and provides excellent training facilities and opportunities. Head Coach Dean Landy was Australian Junior Coach (2000-2005) and has trained many of Australia’s best junior and senior players. Dean has an extensive playing and coaching background (Swiss Coach, Fijian Coach) and together with Peter Aitken they form an excellent coaching team guaranteed to take your game to the next level. As well as being the training base for players of all standards, the program is expanding to cater for international players and teams. We have had numerous overseas individuals and teams train at our club.In addition to individualized training programs, a comprehensive tournament and competition schedule is also included during your stay. Located only minutes from the beautiful Sydney Harbour, Harbour Bridge and Opera House, the Academy provides an excellent opportunity for squash players of all standards to train, play and improve their squash to achieve their squash potential.
